The first opportunity to watch The Fall Guy is in theaters with any of its many showtimes. Universal Pictures gave the film an exclusive theatrical release date of May 3, 2024. The film was originally scheduled for an early March 2024 release date, but the studio delayed The Fall Guy to make it the start of the summer blockbuster movie season. This also allowed The Fall Guy to premiere at SXSW on March 12, which brought high praise for the film two months before its theatrical debut. Audiences can experience the action in IMAX with select The Fall Guy showtimes.
